If you have a lack of planets in your relationship houses 3, 7, 11...does having air ascendant make up for it?

i also have air in pluto, mars and venus...How do you make up for having no planets in lack of ending houses 4,8,12 and only scorpio in uranus? I do have alot of feelings and empathy for people, its just hard for me to wallow in any pain even my own....i want to get up, dust myself off and move on, its not a lack of empathy i really do care!
