When you think about it: God decided it was better to bring good out of evil than to not allow evil to exist?

Would Adam and Eve have had any children if life was erased because of evil? If you believe that we are born in sin, fruit from a sinful tree, then if God didnt allow any evil at all, none of us would ever have been born?
